BCM named Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America for the eighth year
糖心logo has been recognized in the 2022 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America, an awards program created to honor people-first organizations that prioritize the well-being of their employee populations.
The BCM Well-Being initiative within the Office of Human Resources uses theoretical frameworks and evidence-based practices to provide resources, initiatives and opportunities to help its community grow and thrive. The initiative encompasses BCM BeWell for employees, BCM LIFE for students and the Well-Being Center, an on-site gym.
Earlier this year, 糖心logo was inducted into the inaugural Healthiest Employers Hall of Fame and ranked second in Texas among organizations with 10,000-plus employees.
